Prideinn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa, Shanzu

I recently stayed at Pride Inn, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The rooms were spacious but definitely need some updates to feel inviting and comfortable. The staff tried their best, but the overall condition of the hotel was very run down. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and service, but it fell short. I can’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool and beach area had a great vibe with plenty of activities, the rooms were quite outdated. The food options were decent but nothing memorable, and the evening entertainment didn't cater well to families. Overall, I enjoyed my time but feel it has potential for improvement.

However, while the rooms were spacious and clean, they could use some refreshing, and the beach area was a bit noisy at times due to construction nearby. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but some improvements are needed to enhance comfort.
